After graduating from Cultural Studies at Sabancı University in 2006, Ceren Yartan completed her MA in Comparative Literature at Washington University in St. Louis where she studied with a Fulbright scholarship. She worked as an editor and research specialist at cultural and arts organizations. She prepared publications and training on cultural policy and podcasting. Her interests include cultural policies, and discussions on care labor. She prepares and hosts 11 Minutes podcast. She is in charge of general coordination at MAD.
