This project will enhance the effectiveness and inclusiveness of the participatory budgeting system in Istanbul by incorporating best practices from successful models like Decidim. Partners will establish a framework for further implantations of participatory tools and systems that foster citizen engagement, transparency, and trust in local governance through clearer guidelines, better communication strategies, and more accessible digital tools.
